TSR frame sliders are designed and manufactured by a company that only makes frame sliders. Each and every model is tested for drop and slide protection. They are tough but not brittle and can also absorb a huge impact. Sport-riders around the country who have tested various models of our products on the track have all given their thumbs up after experiencing first hand, the benefits of TSR Frame Sliders. Please read all instructions before beginning work! These frame sliders are designed to fit specific engine mounts of your Suzuki GSXR. * FAIRING MODIFICATIONS If your GSXR fairing requires a hole, it is suggested that you drill a small pilot hole to locate the engine mount. Once you have found the center, use a hole saw and cut a hole approximately 1 7/8" in diameter. Edges can be filed for perfect fit, or inaccuracies in drilling. We have found that placing masking tape on the area helps protect from scratches, cracks, etc. Loctite is recommended on all bolts before tightening to prevent lose of slider/s from vibration.

2006-07 Suzuki GSX-R600/750 RACE [Cut Required] Frame Slider Installation
Instructions:Left Side (while sitting on bike)Before beginning make sure your left side fairing is removed.1. Remove the left-side engine mount bolt (forward lower mount).2. Install the left (longer) slider bolt without the slider. Engage only a few threads and re-install the fairing to mark the inside of the fairing for the pilot hole. We sometimes coat the head of the socket screw with a non permanent marker or place some putty on the inside of the fairing so the screw will make a mark or an indentation. Once the center of the bolt location on the fairing is determined, it is suggested that you drill a small pilot hole to locate the engine mount. Once you have found the center, use a hole saw and cut a hole approximately 26-28 mm in diameter. Edges can be filed for perfect fit, or inaccuracies in drilling. We have found that placing masking tape on the area helps protect from scratches, cracks, etc.3). Reinstall your fairings.4). Install the left side slider (shorty) with the long insert using the M10 x 100mm bolt and washer supplied in this kit. Use of some Loc-tite is recommended.5). Tighten the slider bolt to the approximately 39 ft/lbs - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Right Side (while sitting on bike)1. Remove the right-side engine mount bolt (forward lower mount). 2. Install the long slider with short insert using the M10x 80mm bolt and supplied washer. 3. 2006-07 Suzuki GSXR600 / 750 [No-Cut] Frame Slider Installation
Please read all instructions before beginning work! These frame sliders are designed to fit specific engine mounts of your 2006 Suzuki GSXR600/750. This kit has separate left and right pieces (left and right while sitting on the bike). It is highly recommended that you refer to your service manual before performing this installation. If you are unsure about the tightening torque, check your motorcycle's manual.
Fairing removal is required on clutch lever side of bike. It is best to remove only one of the top motor mount bolts at a time.
1. Start with the shorter slider, which will be installed on the throttle side top engine bolt (mount bolt is exposed). Remove stock bolt and install the shorter slider with the longer bolt. Thread lock compound is recommended to prevent bolt from loosening.
2. Remove the top bolt on the clutch lever side and put the bracket into the frame hole that the engine bolt came from. Install long hex head bolt. Thread lock compound is recommended to prevent bolt from loosening.
Take your fairing rubber grommet and install it on to the bracket provided. The round rubber disc needs to always be installed on back of bracket. Position bracket so you can replace fairing. Put long slider and medium bolt on the bracket and torque according to service manual. Make sure the three bolts are tightened and replace fairing. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Loctite is recommended on all bolts before tightening to prevent lose of slider/s from vibration.
Included:

The frame sliders are mounted to the upper engine mounts. The fairings require modification during installation. This is best done by first removing the fairing. Locate the engine mount bolt & replace with the supplied bolt. If heat shield foam
is not present, apply playdough to inside fairing where cutting will take place. Put the fairing back and see where the bolt head has left an impression in playdough/heat foam. This is the center of the hole to be drilled. Mask outside of fairing with tape to prevent chipping during drilling. Take 2" hole saw and center around bolt head impression in playdough. Drill through fairing. Lightly file down rough edges around hole. Install slider and replace the fairings. Both sides require modifications.
Loctite is recommended on all bolts before tightening to prevent lose of slider/s from vibration.

(1) 10mm x 1.25 x 90mm bolt (left side)
